Privacy Policy

Use of Our Site

The use of our site is possible without providing personal data. Different regulations may apply to the use of individual services on our site, which are explained separately in this case below. Your personal data (e.g., name, address, email, telephone number, etc.) are processed by us only in accordance with the provisions of Nepalese data protection law. Data is considered personal if it can be unequivocally assigned to a specific natural person.

Cookies

We use so-called cookies on our site to recognize multiple uses of our offering by the same user/internet connection subscriber. Cookies are small text files that your internet browser places and stores on your computer. They serve to optimize our internet presence and our offers. These are usually so-called session cookies, which are deleted after your visit ends. However, these cookies sometimes provide information to automatically recognize you. Recognition occurs based on the IP address stored in the cookies. The information obtained in this way serves to optimize our offers and to make it easier for you to access our site. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser accordingly; however, we would like to point out that you may not be able to use all the functions of our website to their full extent in this case.

Server Data

For technical reasons, the following data sent by your internet browser to us or to our web space provider is collected (so-called server log files):
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Website from which you visit us (referrer URL)
- Website you visit
- Date and time of your access
- Your Internet Protocol (IP) address.
This anonymous data is stored separately from any personal data you may have provided and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a particular person. They are evaluated for statistical purposes in order to optimize our website and our offerings.

Contact Opportunities

We offer you the opportunity to contact us via email and/or a contact form on our site. In this case, the information provided by the user is stored for the purpose of processing their contact. There is no transfer of this data to third parties. The data collected in this way is not compared with data that may be collected by other components of our site.

Use of Google Analytics with Anonymization Function

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., on our site. Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookies, such as time, place, and frequency of your website visits including your IP address, is transmitted to Google in the USA and stored there. We use Google Analytics on our website with an IP anonymization function. In this case, your IP address will already be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area and thus anonymized. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the site, to compile reports on website activity for us, and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Google will, according to its own information, never associate your IP address with other Google data. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of our website to their full extent. Furthermore, Google offers a deactivation option for the most common browsers, which gives you more control over which data is collected and processed by Google. If you activate this option, no information about your website visit is sent to Google Analytics. However, the activation does not prevent information from being sent to us or to other web analytics services possibly used by us. More information about the deactivation option provided by Google and the activation of this option can be found via this link: Google Analytics Opt-out.

Use of reCAPTCHA

To protect input forms on our site, we use the reCAPTCHA service of Google Inc. The use of this service can differentiate whether the corresponding input is of human origin or is being misused through automated machine processing. According to our knowledge, the referrer URL, the IP address, the behavior of the website visitors, information about the operating system, browser and length of stay, cookies, display instructions, and scripts, the users input behavior, and mouse movements in the area of the reCAPTCHA checkbox are transmitted to Google. Google uses the information obtained in part to digitize books and other printed materials, and to optimize services such as Google Street View and Google Maps (for example, house number and street name recognition). The IP address transmitted as part of reCAPTCHA is not merged with other data from Google unless you are logged into your Google account at the time of using the reCAPTCHA plug-in. If you want to prevent this transmission and storage of data about you and your behavior on our website by Google, you must log out of Google before you visit our site or use the reCAPTCHA plug-in. The use of the reCAPTCHA service obtained information is according to the Google Terms of Use: Google Privacy Policy.

Right to Information/Revocation/Deletion

Under the Federal Data Protection Act, you can contact us free of charge if you have questions relating to the collection, processing or use of your personal data and their correction, blocking, deletion or a revocation of a given consent. We would like to point out that you have the right to correct incorrect data or delete personal data, should there be no statutory retention obligation to the contrary.
